Certain Laws on issues concerning preventing the legalization of income received by criminal means and the financing of terrorism changed

On 14 June 2010 the President of the Republic of Belarus has signed the Law introducing amendments into certain Laws on issues concerning preventing the legalization of income received by criminal means and the financing of terrorism. The amendments are aimed at improving control over financing operations which might involve income received by criminal means or financing the terrorism.

The Law enters into force in three months after its official publication.
