State loan stocks of the Republic of Belarus regulated

With a view of attracting foreign investments into the economy of the Republic of Belarus, the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 245 of 13 May 2010 approves the procedure for taxing incomes as well as paying costs associated with the issuance, placement, circulation and redemption of loan stocks. The Edict enters into force from the date of its signing.
