The National Agency for Investment and Privatization established

With the intention of facilitating privatization and raising investments, maintaining efficient cooperation between government bodies and potential investors, the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 273 of 25 May 2010 adopts the state institution – National Agency for Investment and Privatization, which is aimed at creating a positive investment image of the country. The agency will be accountable to the government and controlled by the Supervisory Board. The Edict enters into force three months after its official publication except for clauses 3, 4 and 6 that enter into force from the date of the official publication of this Edict.
